When checking in, there was a noticeable odor in the room next to the front desk.
The room facilities are complete. The front desk service hours are limited and there is no service on weekends and Sundays, which is very troublesome.
It is inconvenient to order takeout because the deliveryman cannot enter the hall to put the food after office hours.
The surrounding area is being renovated, and I like the front yard garden.
The Indian butler's attitude was okay.
I usually don't give bad reviews, but there was an unknown female mobile operator or waiter with a bad attitude. She lost her temper on the first day of check-in and was unable to give correct instructions for the entrance. The guests were asked to fill in the check-in information after their passports were given, and they had to endure the pressure even after paying for check-in. They had no sense of service and hospitality at all. This was the worst check-in experience I've ever had.

The apartment is very noisy as it is facing the busy road and could not get to sleep because the cars driving by very fast even at very late night, the next day as the front desk staff if they could change the room for us and the answer is no they just give us two pairs of ears plugs, last thing is that they only do one room cleaning per week but they don’t change anything for us such as towels and bed sheets even we are staying 13nights, the shower area has no door so the water is splashing all over the toilet floor and the room has connecting door so we can hear the noise from the neighbors room

all clean and as described. room is multifunctional. AC did not work one night but it was fixed the next morning.
