The quality is the same as before, the service is very considerate and thoughtful, the room is better decorated than before, and the corridor still has an ice machine, which is very convenient. Most importantly, it is very close to Universal Studios, even closer than Hotel Michael. This time I came mainly to watch the Lady Gaga concert, and I didn't expect the hotel to prepare a shuttle bus, which was so convenient! We took the shuttle bus at 5:00 pm, and it was picked up at the drop-off point on time at 11:00 pm, which solved the problem of difficulty in getting a taxi after the concert. It was so considerate!

The room is quite big and close to Universal Studios and Water World. The front desk service is very high and enthusiastic. They gave us Water World and informed us of the convenient transportation on the island. The check-in was quite pleasant. But the bathroom sliding door was broken and I was locked in the toilet. I made several calls before someone came to fix it.
The hotel breakfast was average and a bit disappointing. I booked it because I read the reviews saying that the breakfast was rich, but there was nothing in it.
