Lobby on the ground floor, then you need to take the lift to 4th floor (where the bar/restaurant is located) to switch elevator for the rooms. Room is adequate size, but amenities inside do not equate to 5star rating. Location is good enough as it is a little walk to Orchard Road. Orchard MRT and Somerset MRT are still quite far from here maybe about 10-15min walk, bus stop is closer though. Breakfast has several choices and of good quality. For the price, they can still improve the room quality and the amenities provided to keep the Pullman standard consistent.

The hotel facilities are slightly older and the service is good. After staying for 3 days, I needed a deposit of SGD 50 per night. I used my bank card to authorize it, but the deposit has not been refunded since 18 days after leaving the hotel. I really don't understand the hotel's operation. Outrageous. It is recommended that those who need to stay consider it.
