O hotel é muito bonito e moderno, mas isso não chega. Primeiro está localizado numa área habitacional, mesmo colado aos prédios, depois o hotel tem piscina, mas consideraria aquilo um tanque. Como disse o hotel está colado aos prédios por isso a piscina quintal tem vista para as traseiras dos prédios. E por último estava o caos na hora das refeições. N havia staff suficiente e nós que tínhamos jantar marcado, ficamos numa fila á espera cm se fossemos insignificantes. N voltaremos

Após ter estado 3 dias neste alojamento decidi partilhar algo que considero grave neste ramo. Ao solicitarmos a limpeza do quarto, todos os dias , nunca foi feita , o chão nunca foi aspirado ou varrido e a wc nunca foi limpa! Arrumar ou repor consumiveis não é limpar! Devem rever seriamente o vosso departamento de limpeza! Concluindo , não recomendo e não voltarei.

Passámos 1 semana neste hotel. Piscinas muito pequenas para o número de quartos. A piscina interior tem bastante cloro o que dificulta a sua utilização, para além disto é muito pequena para a quantidade de jatos que tem. Seis pessoas são o suficiente para lotar a piscina e não dá para nadar. Sauna precisa de ser selada para não dispersar o calor. Duche sensorial não funciona. Apesar do aviso para passar o corpo por água antes de entrar nas piscinas, nenhum duche funciona. Quanto à piscina exterior, situa-se num local muito ventoso e é uma piscina pequena. Não há qualquer tipo de supervisão no Spa o que faz com que regras como a utilização de touca entre outras, não sejam cumpridas. Limpeza dos quartos descuidada, ora faltam toalhas, ora a limpeza não é feita. O nosso quarto pingou água do AC durante toda a estadia. No último dia, o hotel tinham um grupo de jovens barulhentos, e o pequeno almoço foi caótico, não haviam mesas disponíveis, louça ou talheres. No dia anterior, haviam hóspedes a querer sair do hotel por causa do barulho do grupo. Seria bom que organizassem melhor estes grupos. Não voltaremos.

Nao mudam a roupa da cama, o pequeno almoço é doentio a falta de pessoal é brutal, uma senhora a tomar conta da sala é uma super mulher. Não tem hipoteses de substituir as faltas, copos, chávenas, café, etc, etc Filas e filas , parece uma feira . Nunca tinha assistido a umidade hoteleira tão má.

Contratei um serviço Vip Romântico para surpreender minha esposa, o serviço não foi entregue, isso foi extremamente ruim para a experiência que havia planejado. Foi nos oferecidos um almoço de compensação e prometido a devolução do valor pago pelo VIP. O valor não foi devolvido e o hotel não retorna meus e-mail sobre a situação.

Overall disappointing experience. One of the elevators was down so each going to the room implied waiting on a line. Our shower was broken and soaked our clothes and towel in water. In the evening we wanted to have dinner at the restaurant and though it was 1/3 occupied they told us it's full and that the waiting time would be 45 min or more (On a Saturday evening). The staff didn't seem to be worried by the guests experience even though we clearly expressed it on our check out.

Hotel bastante razoável. Um pouco caro para a qualidade, mas dentro dos preços praticados em Sines. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom e variado. O hotel é sossegado. O quarto e o wc são razoáveis. Têm kitchenette, tv e wi-fi gratuito. A limpeza é boa. A localização é excelente, no centro. Com vários restaurantes nas imediações, perto do elevador de acesso à praia e do centro histórico, sem necessidade de ir de carro.
