We loved our stay here! Positioned in the heart of the city, you could feel the autumnal vibe only be sitting on the balcony. The rooms were big, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel’s staff was very nice and helpful and made us feel like home. Child friendly ( we stayed here with our 1 year old twins) and very friendly prices also. Not to mention that everything you need is nearby: restaurants, shops, parks, pharmacy, etc. It’s not the most luxurious hotel but its location and its vintage vibe compensates it. I recommend it!

We arrived at the hotel on vacation, the reception staff received and treated us quickly. The room is a reasonable size and clean, a clean and good shower. Large dining room with lots of coffee making stations. A large selection of dishes, everyone can find what suits them. There is an elevator to take luggage up and down. and the disabled. The indoor swimming pool is heated and limited to a two hour stay only. There are massage treatments and there is a small gym. Highly recommend the place and we will return to it again. The location of the hotel is excellent.

Beautiful establishment built with quality materials. The rooms are clean and spacious, with quality bedding. Although small, the sauna and swimming pool area is great for relaxing at the end of the day. The whole thing, although pleasant, is perfectly spoiled by the restaurant's service. At 9 p.m. in the middle of August, you are served quickly by the extremely unpleasant room manager who explains to you that the restaurant closes at 10 p.m. The room was almost empty, we quickly understood why. When you sit down for a drink on the terrace at 8:00 p.m. he throws the cushions on the armchairs at you...,...traveling a lot, I have never seen such behavior in an establishment of this type. We reported our unpleasant experience at check-out. Although friendly, the receptionist did not manage to leave us with a good impression. We won't come back that's for sure...

Lets start by addressing the hotel, all good, well maintained premises, a spa with a small indoor pool and 2 outdoor Jacuzzi. The all wood overall theme looks amazing, and it was interesting the amount of effort in maintaining the flower buckets visible on all balconies. The highlight for me was the breakfast though. I've yet to see the same level of breakfast yet, anywhere else I've been yet. You get spoiled with choices to the point where you don't know what to pick. You feel like having some nuts? Sure! Walnuts, peanuts, almonds, pistachio and 5 more i didn't even knew what they were. Fruits, like 10 types, fruit skewers with a chocolate fountain, doughnuts, honey comb, omelette station, an entire jambon Serrano leg you could cut from. Anyways you get the picture, I would say the entire menu consisted of at least 100 different items, from bakery to fruits and spices. Will definitely come again, maybe just for the challenge of tasting everything.

Our stay was a mixed bag: an impressive façade and spacious accommodations but significant shortcomings in facility management and staff conduct. We booked a premium suite to celebrate my wife’s birthday with our daughters amid the picturesque mountain scenery. We were initially impressed, but issues soon became apparent. Inoperative in-suite sauna, a defective window, an unstable chair armrest, tired old mattresses, no plug near the coffee maker are examples in our suite. Despite assurances of repair from reception staff, the sauna was never fixed, and staff were dismissive when inquired about. Cristina at reception was particularly discourteous and unprofessional. The breakfast buffet fell short of expectations: inadequate replenishment of food and beverage items, cold eggs, and uncleaned tables. The swimming pool area, though aesthetically pleasing, posed safety hazards due to slippery floors. Inflatable toys for kids were all pierced and unusable. We observed kitchenware being soaked in the hotel pond while returning to the hotel at night -＞ a potential food safety issue? When trying to discuss the issues with the manager on duty at check-out, we were told (by Cristina) that there was none that day. If true, that might explain the operational deficiencies. Inconsistent service quality and neglect of maintenance indicate a disregard for customer satisfaction and operational standards. Improvements in management and infrastructure would be needed to align with expectations of discerning travellers. Overall, an unpleasant 'aftertaste' outweighs the positive aspects of our stay. We'll only consider coming back to this establishment if big changes are implemented.
