The worst hotel experience ever. A powerful snowstorm delayed our arrival at the hotel, arriving at 1:05 am. When we arrived, the doors were closed and there was a note that said to call if you have questions. When we called, the person with a despotic attitude only said it was after 1 am and they couldn't come in, even though ******* said 2 am for check-in. Ultimately, we had to look for hotels in the middle of the storm and there were no rooms until we finally found one 1 hour later.

After booking my room and receiving a confirmation, i was called by the hotel themselves saying they were completely booked and disnt know how i was able to make a reservation. So i had to find other lodging for the night.

Reservation got canceled at 4:15pm. 30 minutes before we were heading there. We were told the hotel has been booked for weeks. We had a reservation for weeks so they should have called us before the day of the reservation. They should pay our Uber fees!!!

I had this odd feeling I needed to look at the room before I brought my stuff up. Needless to say I was right. The room was infested with roaches. I went back down and told the guy and his response was “we know we had floor four and two exterminated today” so they just skipped floor 1 and 3? That makes sense. I asked for my money back and went else where. Pretty bad when the front desk clerk says please don’t leave us a bad review about the roaches.

So we had a reservation through ******* called the day before to confirm when we showed up at the property all of a sudden our room wasn't available they tried to switch us to a different room which was half the size of the suite that we booked for the same price then did not want to do a refund for the money I had already spent they wanted me to leave when will close the books today will do your refund absolutely not you will process my refund before I leave this property it took them an hour and a half to figure out how to do it this place is horrible do not stay here

HOTEL IS 0 stars!!! DON’T BOOK!!
WARNING!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I’M STILL TRYING TO GET MY REFUND! I BOOKED A RESERVATION AND PAID IN ADVANCE FOR 1 QUEEN BED BUT WHEN I ARRIVED THE ROOM WAS NOT AVAILABLE!! THEY DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE..THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE WHEN I RETURNED THERE THE NEXT DAY TO CONFIFM I WOULD GET MY REFUND BACK AFTER SHE HAD PROMISED ME I WOULD THE DAY BEFORE. I ALSO CALLED ********** about my refund! This is the 3rd day and still no refund!!! 😡😡😡

It is very ok for the low price and there is a lot in walking distance. Unfortunately I was right besides a room where dogs have been allowed and they have been barking at night and there were crazy people slamming doors, trampling and screayat night
