Room was not clean- sticky and visibly unswept floors, heavy smell of smoke (despite being a non-smoking room), burn holes in the blankets, and even a cockroach! Staff said they had no other rooms until the next night, but we chose to go to another hotel for the rest of our stay.

The tv didn't work with the rwmote unless you stood directly in front of it. The AC/heat auto feature did not work. The heat ran continuously making the room unbearably hot. We had ti keep it turned off and just cover up to stay warm.
