The hotel territory is very large, that you have to move on a mini shuttle, it is difficult with suitcases, because of the slopes. I was not very lucky, they gave me a room at the very end of the territory, it was hard to go down or leave the territory, the room is not clean, it is stuffy, then cold, the air conditioner seemed not to perform its functions.

Voor onze vakantie hadden we het verblijf Simpson Bay Marina & Resort geboekt. Ons gezin bestaat uit 2 volwassenen en 4 tieners. Het resort beschikt over zwembaden en een strand. Dus voor iedereen keuze binnen het gezin. Zeer gastvrij ontvangen door de staff van het hotel. Het appartement was prima in orde met alle gemakken voorzien zoals vaatwasser, oven en magnetron. Hierdoor is het mogelijk om je eigen maaltijd te bereiden. Bij verschillende patio’s zijn er ook gas BBQ’s te vinden en worden dagelijks schoongemaakt. Tussen de kamers zit er een tussendoor het kan zomaar zijn dat de buren binnen kunnen komen als er maar 1x slot van de 2 op slot is. Aanbeveling is dat er een indicatie opkomt wanneer de deur op slot is. Mede door die enkele deur kan het gehorig zijn. Al met al een prima vakantie gehad.

I found this resort off of tiktok. It had mixed reviews but I still booked it and im glad I did!! From check in to check out was great. Everyone was very friendly. Very clean and close to alot of attractions and restaurants. But we did rent a car. The resort is very big and we ate at the Replay 3 nights. Our waitress Chandra was wonderful. I highly recommend!!

I booked a trip in April to stay in November. The airline canceled my flights and I can’t make the trip. I reached out to hotel to cancel in July 4 months before trip and they said I’m out of luck. I’m out my money on a 7 day trip. I emailed management to ask could anything be done since it’s 4 months before trip. Again told sorry we can’t help you.

Amazing family experience with. 6 y/o and 6 month old, clean and up-to-date room, friendly staff, great views and good value for money. Great location near restaurants, bars and night-life. No noise pollution and ample parking for guests.

This hotel was fantastic, could not have asked for a better vacation. Everyone was so nice and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time. Make sure you stop by the Villa's pool and say hello to Malverna at the bar, she made delicious drinks and kept a smile on everyone's face. The grounds of the resort are gorgeous and was so nice to walk by the water after dinner. The shopping shuttle on Wednesdays provided by AMA Jewelers is a must, it was so convenient and they were so nice. Breakfast at Juliette's was the best. Everything was delicious and fresh. So was dinner at Isola and La Patrona. The portions were huge!! Was so nice to have a market right on the property for water or anything else you might need without having to travel far. We absolutely LOVED this resort and cannot wait to come back.
