The Hills Residence

I checked in Oct 2024. The process was easy and I was greeted with professionalism. From there I had to walk up a steep hill and across a parking lot before arriving to an elevator to take me to my floor. Once we arrived I saw the place. Modern furniture, hard sofa. Once we decided for bed, my friend pulled the covers back and lifted the pillows and we saw small bugs that appeared as stains. I immediately took pics and called the on call person. They said they would look into it the next morning. We slept on the hard sofa with a throw as we didn’t trust the covers from the bed nor the additional blankets at this point. We were set to check out and after speaking with the front desk I told them about my experience and asked for a refund for the night and to cancel my 2nd reservation to return a 3 days later. The management response was he was not going to refund me for the stay, he would cancel the upcoming reservation and had the Gaul to ask me “Did I bring the bigs with me!” I felt humiliated. I vowed to spread the word and let you know what type of place this was. If you are into cleanliness, healthy, bug free, stain free environment, this IS NOT FOR YOU!!
