So far the service is good, the receptionist is friendly. Security is also there to help you lift your bags because there are stairs to go up to the lobby. Oku facilities are also available. The lobby is beautiful and there is a coway for water refills. From the lobby you can walk straight into the Summit mall.
From the outside the hotel looks like an old hotel, but luckily the rooms are okay and not very old school. The room is just nice, only the cleanliness of the sheets and pillows. The hotel can buy a new set of sheets. The toilet is clean, hair dryer is available, water heater works and iron is not provided.
Eating breakfast here is normal and it can be improved. My father complained that it was not good 😅 Car parking is free because it is parked by the side of hotels and malls. If it's full, you can park upstairs, free too.
