The only reason for 4 stars is that the 2 room suites are all on the freeway side and ours on the 4th floor was a bit noisy, but we are light sleepers many people may not even notice.
The coffee and breakfast is like a mini Starbuck. There are several other restaurants in the same complex for diversity of food and service, all are good. All service personnel were pleasant and helpful at all time.

They say you have to pay extra for everything, so be careful.
There is a Starbucks bar, so buying coffee is convenient.

terrible customer service! we’ve been to many marriott’s around the world and have never paid an early check in fee of $30! even with lifetime status they wouldn’t waive it. looked online to see if this was a new policy and it’s not a brand standard so it’s just this specific location. (manager)

We were in town for a bridal shower and found this Courtyard to be very nice. All the amenities were up to Marriott standards and the location was convenient to where we were visiting. Free parking and restaurants and shops nearby make this hotel an easy choice when staying in Simi Valley.

Lovely garden area to sit in outside the bistro. Very nice! Excellent room setup. Staff was VERY helpful. One of my very best hotel experiences!
