This is the most unacceptable hotel in terms of service and management among all the high-end hotels I have ever stayed in... More than 6,400 yuan a night... No fruit 🍉 No refreshments, no nuts... Seriously delayed service... Not enough tissues in the room, no mouthwash, and the slippers were made of the same material as those in a budget hotel... We were not given a room when we checked in... We had to wait at the villa door to receive the room card and even had to pay for it... There was not even a bouquet of flowers for the villa... No warm service throughout the whole process... Don't even expect a butler... There is no room service, and even after multiple complaints and objections, the response was either untimely or perfunctory with just some fruit and snacks... There was no red wine, fruit plate, butler service... and no other supporting services... I spent more than 6,000 yuan and stayed there in vain😔 Compared with five-star hotels with king-size beds... It was also inferior... When I checked out, someone who claimed to be the hotel manager apologized to us in various ways... and said that Ctrip did not contact them in time, which led to the delayed service... The room we stayed in was different from the ordinary room service... and so on... He said a lot... but we were about to leave... what's the point? I also blamed my hotel problems on Ctrip, and then the hotel didn't offer any official compensation suggestions except an apology... They just said sorry... I suggest everyone to be cautious when staying there...

A beautiful Thai mountain hotel
Good weather, can see the Himalayas, the whole mountain range, very cool weather
SPA is very standard, there are Nepalese masseuses who can massage hard
Disadvantages
Long distance and the road is not very good, from Kathmandu 1.2 hours
Must hire a TAXI or Private Car
