It just awful. The bed sheets had to get changed becuse it had a small stain that looked like dried blood on the top cover and then smudged dirt on the side of the top cover. We requested that they get changed and two people showed up to the room barefooted to change or sheets. They did not come and refreah our rooms. Breakfast was just awful. They have the Kellog brand on the outside of the dispenser but it is obvious that have off brand cereal in there as if that cereal is the Kellog brand. They kept telling us that they had no more of items that ran out like syrup. This was just awful experience

Hotel room was dirty, stairwell was dirty, outlet missing a cover, lamp had damage at the neck, vent in bathroom hanging by a thread, strong cooking smells on 3rd floor entire time, pool area had a dirty, damaged door and filter wasn’t running when we stopped by. I have picture of the room to support my statements.

Both rooms my family used had comfortable beds, but the pillows were kind of thick. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The breakfast featured waffles, those premade egg patties, and sausages as well as cereal, yogurt and toast. We didn't use the smallish indoor pool but the people in it were having a great time. We would certainly stay there again if in the area.

Hidden Gem
This is a hidden gem with a family feeling. Staff is always there to help. Rooms are cleaned daily and are done immaculately. Breakfast is simple but the sausage is actually cooked and cooked well.

Everything was disgusting. There was not a single clean or unmarked surface from the doors, to the walls, to the curtains, to the sheets. The bathroom counter was dirty, the sink faucet and backsplash had soap and toothpaste splatters all over them, the shower curtain was dirty, the walls were dirty, there wasn't a single hook to hang a towel on, the lampshades were dirty. It was horrible.

Great place to stay. My company put me into another hotel near by by that hotel was horrible. This hotel was clean, quiet and reasonable.
