Pretty nice experience. Huge selection for complimentary breakfast. Rooms were clean. I left some belongings behind and they held it for me so I was able to retrieve them quickly.

The staff were so rude. There was no hair dryer in the room. I called and asked for hair dryer, but they replied me very rudely and couldn’t provide it.

Overall the experience was okay. The hotel definitely needed to be updated. Everything felt like it was very old and the remote to the TV only worked at certain angles. The breakfast bar looked far nicer in photos than it did in real life and the breakfast area was so crammed that when guests started pooling in- it was claustrophobic. We showed up an hour after we were supposed to check in and the housekeeping staff had just started to clean our room. They were very kind and apologetic about it. One of them even came by our room afterwards to apologize personally. Parking is a very big hassle. The parking lot on premises was very small for a hotel that is supposed to accommodate quite a few people. We weren’t sure where else to park, so we parked in a public garage right behind the building. Although when trying to pay for parking overnight the machine prompted us to pay at 7am the next morning and that it wouldn’t take any payments for any time before. I’m unsure if that is due to user-error or if everyone has to get up early to pay the meter. We would’ve asked the front desk, but they only had one person working and they were severely overwhelmed at the time. Overall the staff was very kind and we appreciated their kindness. However we definitely will not being staying here ever again.

Always comfortable here,service top tear close to to everything..I'm a rewards member so I love the brand. I'm in the hospitality field also. Clean,free breakfast, parking not bad at all safe,we'll lite .Worked for this brand of hotels also great play to stay and work

The concierge representative “Dawit “ which served me with excellent professionalism ,great communication, kind attitude , generally I liked my experience in the hotel , thanks to the management , in addition Dawit advised me about safety of my car and accompanied me to safe overnight parking Location.
