The fire place was a nice touch when the wind was off the lake. The restaurant was relaxing with a good atmosphere and nice menu. The restaurant, bar and front desk staff were all very welcoming and friendly.

Cute, comfortable cabin with fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill. Grounds appeared well maintained and Lake Superior was right out our front door.

The resort is beautiful with high end accommodations and excellent amenities. The views of Lake Superior are amazing. The resort staff take very good care of their guests.

We return to Grand Superior Lodge year after year. We love the area, and the accommodations and staff are first rate. The Lodge's proximity to Gooseberry Falls State Park with it hiking and bikes paths, and Split Rock Light House with its great history are two of our favorite places to visit in Minnesota,

Wonderful location! Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean, quiet, and nicely updated. We had a good sized refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in a one-bedroom lakehome, and our experience was perfect. The space was clean and decorated nicely. The full kitchen was so nice. The views and big windows were a dream. I would go back tomorrow if I could!

The staff here is outstanding. This is my favorite place to stay when visiting the North Shore. I have stayed at many resorts but this one is by far my favorite. I love the location near Gooseberry Falls and Split Rock LighthouseState Parks. I can always count on an excellent meal at either of the two restaurants. I'll definitely return.
