We have stayed at this hotel before and it was fine, but it's been a couple of years. On July 12, 2025 my daughter and I checked in for two nights. First we had a problem with the door being hard to open, then we started to carry luggage in and the room didn't look very clean, there was no soap, etc. Then my daughter saw two cockroaches in the living area, and one-still kicking-in the bathroom. We spoke to the lady at the front desk and told her we could not stay there. She said she could not issue a refund but she would contact corporate. She spoke to someone on the phone and then said since we booked through *******, we would have to go through ******* to get a refund. For the last week we've been talking to *******, to the hotel, to the hotel manager, and the hotel refuses to give us a refund. If we had just not shown up, I would understand their refusal, but under the circumstances, it's just greed. I saw other reviews that complained about the dirty rooms, and one woman said there were cockroaches crawling on her husband at night!! DON'T STAY HERE!!!

I had multiple issues while staying at the lulu hotel. My booking dates were 6/12-6/17 On Saturday 6/14 we returned from a wedding around midnight and when we walked into the room there was water pouring into the room from the second floor room. We have a video of this. No one was working at the front desk so I called the number on the door and reached Jaime Huerta. Jaime told me he had no one available and that we would to stay in that room until 6am when someone would be back in the front desk. He also stated we would be compensated for our inconvenience. I told Jaime there is no way I can have my family sleep on toilet water soaked beds. We were able to get ahold of one of the cleaning ladies who stays in room 101 and as soon as she saw the room she said there’s no way she will find us a new room. The only room available was a single bed room so I had to send my children with their grandma for the night. My wife and I sleep in room 113 that only had a single bed. At 4 in the morning my wife was woke up to someone repeatedly trying to open the door and slamming it agains the safety latch. I had to get up and close the door and tell them someone was in this room. The following morning at 10:30 am I spoke with the front desk and advised them of what had happened and why I was moved from 110 to 113 and also told them I needed a room with two beds so my family could come back to the hotel. I was then moved to room 114 and moved all our stuff to that room. That night at a little after midnight again someone tried to come into the room but again the safety latch was on the door. I immediately called the front desk and again told them who I was and why I was in room 114 and not 110. The gentleman at the front desk told me he would get it corrected in the system. On Monday 6/16 my family and I left the hotel to go visit family upon returning at 10pm my wife attempted to open the door and her key card wasn’t working. She went to the front desk and the lady at the desk said that we were not supposed to be in room 114 so it was cleaned out and all of our stuff was in the back in trash bags. We also had a show rabbit that was purchased for my daughters 4h program that was missing. When the desk and jaime were asked where the rabbit was they refused to tell us. At this point I contacted the silver city police department and jaime suddenly remembered that the rabbit was given to one of his employees and it was at their house 20 minutes away. Keep in mind at no point was I contacted about my stuff being in this room. With the cops there we were finally allowed to get what we thought was all our belongings back. (Missing a pair of apple air pods 2, beachwaver hair curlers valued at 150 dollars combined. Curling iron bag of makeup valued at 200 dollars. I then called jaime back and was assured that the following morning I would be getting a call at 8:30 with a confirmation on a refund. I received a text at 9:30 stating I would be getting a refund for two da

Appreciated the breakfast & price waa reasonable. 5 stars if they'd upgrade the breakfast.

This property is just fine. However, I had four rooms before I finally checked into my room. The first room air conditioner made a loud noise. The second room was not made up. The third room had a man sleeping in it. However, the fourth room worked.
