Estuvimos el 31 dic al 1 enero 2022, y las fotos y videos que publican en las páginas sin falsos, nada parecido a la realidad, una completa estafa, muy CARO para tan mal servicio e instalaciones, señal pésima, no ventiladores, tuvimos que esperar hasta las 5pm check un, parqueadero lleno de malesa ,con vidrios y angosto, no desayuno, en fin ,muebles viejos, deteriorados, NO LO RECOMIENDO!

Pésima coordinación del hotel
Terrible. Llegué al hotel y me dijeron que no tenían habitación disponible. Me tocó ir a buscar Hotel a otro lado (llevaba 5 horas manejando para llevarse esa sorpresa, no sé por qué no me contactaron con tiempo y así hubiera buscado oportunamente en otro lado dado que iba en viaje con niños). La única mala experiencia que he tenido en años con esta aplicación.
