Der Empfang war ausgesprochen herzlich, der Apéro und das Essen waren ausgezeichnet, und die Mitarbeitenden zeigten sich zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die engagierte und aufmerksame Betreuung durch den neuen Geschäftsführer hat massgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass unser Abend so aussergewöhnlich und unvergesslich wurde. Wir durften unser Fest in der geschmackvollen «Veranda» feiern. In Hotel Chesa Randolina spürt man, dass für den besten Service kein Aufwand zu gross ist. Wir haben es zudem geschätzt, dass der Inhaber persönlich vorbeischaute. Sehr angenehm war auch die Übernachtung im gemütlichen Zimmer, in dem wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Everything you could expect from a hotel. Wonderful service, comfortable beds, cleanliness perfect, very good food, magnificent breakfast buffet, provide cards in the summer for free for public transportation and cable cars, discounted rate in winter. My parents often come here when they need vacation. My sisters and I (have young children) also escape here when possible.

Wer gerne spätestens um 7:00 aufsteht und wem es nichts ausmacht, vereinzelt auch während der Nacht geweckt zu werden, der wird die vielen Vorzüge des Hauses voll geniessen können und vermutlich 4 oder 5 Sterne vergeben. Leider sind die Fallrohre der Toiletten und Duschen der darüberliegenden Bäder so verlegt, dass man nur mit Oropax halbwegs schlafen kann -- und das war für uns eine Einschränkung, die ein Wiederkommen verhindern wird. Wir seien die allerersten, die damit ein Problem hätten und man könne sowieso nicht daran machen, war die Reaktion des Eigentümers auf unsere entsprechende Rückmeldung an die Rezeption und bringt 0 Sterne -- zusammen mit dem ausgesprochen aufmerksamen Auftreten des Restaurant-Teams also 3 Sterne.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum erholen. Bestes Essen, bester Service, wunderbar gemütliches Haus, äusserst hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Sogar die Loipen für den Langlauf liegen in Nähe des Hotels. Auch den regen Kontakt zur Inhaberfamilie haben wir sehr geschätzt. Fazit: Rundum sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel wird mit dem grösstmöglichen Engagement zur Freude (nicht nur zur Zufriedenheit) der Gäste von allen, wirklich allen Menschen, die darin arbeiten, geführt. Als Gast hat man das Gefühl, dass wirklich an alles und noch viel mehr gedacht wird. Es ist ein ehrliches Haus, mit erstklassigem Essen, sehr aufmerksamen Zimmerservice, Hundefreundlich, erstklassiger Lage und humorvoll-sportlich- kultivierten Gästen. Und das auch noch im schönsten Ort der Welt.

Albergo in stile engandino dentro Sils Maria, con personale attento e gentilissimo, proprietà familiare che quindi va oltre la categoria puntando a qualità del servizio e delle materie prime. Abbiamo cenato in struttura ed abbiamo fatto benissimo perché il risotto era strepitoso e la fonduta (la migliore!); il tutto tra una piacevole chiacchierata ed il camino acceso La cura e l’amore per il proprio lavoro si percepiscono sia nel personale che nella struttura che offre ogni confort Io e mia moglie vi ringraziamo perché ci siamo sentiti come a casa di amici e ci avete regalato armonia e voglia di tornare A presto!!!

The Chesa Randolina is a real gem in Engadin. The rooms are very clean, quiet and nicely appointed. There is no television (thank heavens!) but you can rent one if you like. Books to loan in several languages are plentiful. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful; the restaurant is superb. Lakes and beautiful hiking are close by. Even in high season, the prices are good for a hotel of this high quality. The Wifi was excellent. A very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
