We expected a quiet place. However, at the venue next door, a wedding caused a lot of noise until late in the evening. (We were guaranteed that all would be silent at 9pm - not.) Also check-in was rather quick and unpersonal. No explanation about activitities, walls, etc what so ever. Breakfast was nice. Clearly it is a hotel with a lot of history. With respect for that, I would rather not call this a “resort”.

Esperienza davvero ottima!!! Ho cenato in questo ristorante dopo diversi anni in cui non venivo e…devo dire che mi sono trovata benissimo. Ho avuto l’occasione di mangiare la tartare di manzo tagliata al coltello e posso dire che era di qualità e tenerissima, così come il controfiletto. Oltre a questo ho assaggiato anche la parmigiana: come si vede dalla foto, la presentazione è veramente originale ed artistica (il gusto era squisito). Il coniglio era perfettamente disossato e ben cotto, ed infine il dolce era veramente realizzato a regola d’arte…una parola vorrei dirla anche sul personale, di una cortesia ormai rara! Sono stati veramente premurosi durante la cena, e si sono accertati che tutto fosse andato per il meglio. Ultimissima osservazione: da amante dei ristoranti, so bene che dal pane si capisce tanto di un luogo. Ecco, qui troverete una varietà di pani interessante. Consiglio vivamente quelli alle noci!!! Tornerò sicuramente per provare qualche proposta anche di pesce.

È stata un' esperienza fantastica. Un ambiente quasi da film. La gentilezza di tutti in primo piano. Il menù è volutamente ristretto e curato. Abbiamo mangiato da dio. Davvero attenti al dettaglio. Prodotti locali ed una lista vini come fosse dedicata ad ogni sapore sul menù. Il dolce merita una dedica perché raramente abbiamo gustato qualcosa di così bilanciato ed interessante ad ogni forchetta. Grazie a tutti per la fantastica esperienza. Siamo arrivati con un fantastico ricordo del posto e siamo andati via stasera con lo stesso calore nel cuore dell' ultima volta.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti. Camera grande e curata, nulla da eccepire. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Il castello è situato in un paesino di 500 anime ma è in un posto strategico per raggiungere tutte le mete della zona, dal Lago d’Orta al lago Maggiore,etc… Ottimi i servizi offerti

Una breve soggiorno, dirientro da un viaggio, per fermarsi e festeggiare l'anniversario di matrimonio. Location di prestigio, ma dove ci si sente subito a proprio agio. Belle camere, eccellente il ristorante, staff attento e sorridente. Una bella scoperta. PS entrando nel ristorante, una ricchissima vetrina con salumi e formaggi di grande qualità (serviti con una bellissima alzata nel mix desiderato) e l'aiuto chef che prepara tajerin e plin preparando la sfoglia davanti a voi...

Bellissima location e cibo ottimo. Grande cortesia Ristorante molto piacevole. I padroni estremamente cortesi e professionali. Staff efficiente e gentile. Ottimo cibo e buona colazione in una bella sala . Hanno gestito alcune criticità con professionalità.

Entri in questo Resort e ti ritrovi fuori dal mondo. Oltrepassando la scenografica facciata ti senti subito immerso in un atmosfera veramente surreale. Circondato dalle mura storiche, un curato giardino con piscina ti attende per un piacevole momento di relax. Le camere sono ampie, pulite, ben arredate e molto confortevoli. Il ristorante caratterizzato da un arredamento particolare, ricercato è il luogo ideale per una deliziosa cena. Ottima la colazione. Personale molto cortese. Ti dispiace veramente andare via..... Alla prossima!!

L’endroit est magnifique, mais le service est déplorable. Quant à là réceptionniste elle est juste détestable et peu sympathique. Endroit très anonyme et service à table inexistant, une catastrophe. La cuisine, bon mais rien d’exceptionnel, dommage car tout y est pour un magnifique séjour. La chambre très agréable, tout est bien pensé.

Mitten im Grünen und doch sehr gut erreichbar liegt dieses alte Castello. Der Empfang ist herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit, die Zimmer gross, ruhig und sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet perfekt! Unbedingt das Restaurant ausprobieren - es lohnt sich! Preis-Leistung top, Service ebenfalls. Und man spricht englisch! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
