One of the worst hotel in siliguri. According to property services food even water is unable in bathroom. TV Intercom are r for display.No one should try if visiting with family. Uncleanliness and unhygienic. Towels and linen were unwashed.

One of the ugliest places I ever stayed in. I booked a double-bedded room, but was given a tiny room with narrow twin beds that left barely any room to move around. The linen was soiled, towels threadbare, and a contraceptive in the washroom had blocked the drainage. The staff were unprofessional and behaved wierdly. Even going by the standards of a budget hotel, this was much worse than a dharamshala or a highway 'serai'.
