I had a stay for 1 day in this hotel.
Theek location is ok. The staff response is not good. The dental kit was denied and I was forced to go out and buy one. I had checked out at 9AM and the complimentary breakfast was not served until that time.The Cleanness of the toilet was not good.

The stay was pleasant. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Cleanliness and hygiene is very important, which was seen there. Staffs are polite and helpful.Location is good and near to the markets.Cab facility is also available which made our tour very easy.

Room was very small & suffocating. Packed drinking water was not available in room, normal water bottle has been provided by them. Check in check out time was not clearly described. Hotel staffs were asking to check out before 12.

The hotel was beautiful,clean &had a nice ambience. It can be easily reached from SNT bus stand as well as new jalpaiguri station in running auto . Quality & quantity of food was good but taste wise it was ok .

The room was small and dinzy, it was not worth the price, there was no other hotel rooms available at that moment otherwise i would have changed it. I am sorry to say but it was the worst experience
