Staff dekat depan receptionist langsung xmesra , tuala hotel nampak mcm dah buruk mcm dah lama sgt guna..bantal pon kempiss langsung xselesa. .

Ok for adults but not friendly for kids, receptionist helps for nothing,no smile,no greetings,busy with mobile..TV was not functioning ...other wise so far so good the cleaning everything.. recommend fr short trip ..but pls educate receptionist

The location quite far from town, the room.space quite wide, just the air-condition low maintenance, filter full of dust.

Such a lousy service every single time!! The shower not working properly! Tv not working properly! Such a shitty service by the receptionist!! Better close this hotel !!? Very unhygienic and not clean at all! Bed got so many stains!!
Pls improve ur customer service! Not professional at all!!
