Hem mekan, hem işletme her yönden tatmin ediciydi. Böyle kaliteli hizmet almanın zorlaştığı günümüzde, bu deneyimden çok memnun kaldık. Masa örtüsünden tabağına, çiçekliklerden çalınan müzik listelerine kadar her şey titizlikle seçilmiş ve muhteşem manzaralı nehrin üzerinde büyülü bir atmosfer sunuyor. Otel ekibi titiz ve ilgili. Bugüne kadar Ağva da eşimle birlikte toplam 12 otelde konaklama yaptık. Ancak bu kadar personeli soğuk ve ilgisiz bir otel daha görmedim. Kesinlikle fiyat performans açısından hiç ödediğimiz bedeli hak etmiyor. Bu nedenle nehir kenarındaki muadil otelleri tercih etmenizi tavsiye ederim. 700 TL maliyeti olan bir şarabı 2700 TL ye satmakla, bir şişe suyu 130 TL ye vermekle iyi otelcilik olmayacağını düşünüyorum. Keza bir gecede yaklaşık 5.000 TL ekstra odememize rağmen halen kendi çantanızdan yiyip ictigimize mudahele eden bir zihniyete sahipler. Yarım pansiyon konaklamamizda yediğimiz yemek porsiyonları kuş kadar. Mezeler de az ve lezzetsiz. Tatlı olarak da hazır mozaik pasta verdiler. Otelin en iyi yanı akşamları canlı müzik olmasi. Kahvaltısı ise akşam yemeğine göre daha iyi.
