A quiet place by the river in the middle of flowers and trees.
The wooden mainhouse is as cosy in Summer as it might be in Winter, adorned with a majestic and well worn stone chimney.
The garden and deck over the water create an intimate setting with the wonderful Ağva area, between river, forests and the black sea.
The staff is friendly and attentive and the service was on point.
The food offering covers Turkish basics and they are tasty and plentiful, some western staples are on offer too.
The rooms are comfortable enough and each bungalow is hidden in the beautiful garden vegetation, one is even surprised so many rooms can feel so secret in such a small setting.
The çay samovar sits by the quiet waterway and is enjoyable all day long with the lazy sway of reeds ruffled by the wind off the sea.
Overall a fantastic stay.

Temizliği, ilgisi ve atmosferi ile çok güzel bir gün geçirdik. Ağva'ya tekrar geldiğimde konaklamak isteyeceğim bir mekan olacak. Kışın şömine ateşinin verdiği huzur paha biçilemez.

Aralık 2024’de ailemle geldiğim 2 gece 3 günlük tatil sürecim sadece bahçe ve yemeklerin lezzetinden dolayı güzeldi ancak. Çalışanların özellikle ismini Murat olarak belirten beyin üslupsuzluğu, kaba davranışı, ilgisizliği bizleri şaşırtan ve sakinleşmek için geldiğimiz tatilimizin gergin geçmesine neden olmuştur. İnternette hayvan dostu olarak belirtildiği için evcil hayvanımızla geldiğimiz otelde otel çalışanlarının olumsuz tepkilerine maruz kaldık. Tabi günlük oda temizliğinin de olmadığından odaların hepsinde kettle ve çay vs gibi ikramlarında olmayıp eksik olduğundan, lambaderlerin arasının örümcek ağı olduğundan bahsetmiyorum bile. Özetle bahçesinin ambiyansı ve mutfak çalışanlarına teşekkür ederken otel içi çalışanlarının tavrından ve temizliğinin eksik olduğundan dolayı bir daha gelmeyip çevreme de tavsiye etmem. Yasin Bey’e gergin olaydaki yaklaşımından dolayı teşekkür ediyorum.
