In love with every single detail about this property. I would never mind spend all my life there. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They suggested beautiful places to explore Tunis. We came late and haven’t bought dinner and they offered to us all the kitchen appliances and we cooked dinner. It was a fab experience 💙

The internet is very slow and the road to the lobby is not accessible by car. But the services are good and the staff are pleasant.

It doesn't live up to its name. The car can't reach the door. You lower your head and enter a dark little courtyard. There are no formal rooms, no elevators and steep stairs. Don't go up the stairs! ! !

The hotel is actually a residential building, with probably less than 10 rooms, and the conditions are indeed a bit poor. The waiter is a young man and very enthusiastic, so I give him 5 points for service.

Excellent location. Stunning historical building. Beautiful rooms. Quite rustic so dont expect five star furnishings. They offer sarongs instead of towels. The wifi is terrible but its worth it to say in such an amazingly building and stunning rooms. Staff are excellent. Use of small kitchen to make tea if you want it. Great location walking distance from medina sites.

It is different and interesting, but the cleanliness has much to be desired, the area is dirty. However, the staff are excellent and super friendly.

Worse Experience
The worse experience ever in my life . In this manipulative hotel .After they agree to change my date of booking when I reach Tunisia they told me they can't and then when I called and my Tunisian friend try to call they closed the phone on my face and their faces . Never come. Check google reviews. Learn how to be honest and how to deal with customers
