가격 편의성 주차 여러가지 이용하고 참 편했지만
룸 청결이 아쉬웠어요 그래도 이만한 가격에 눈감아줄만했습니다

I dont suggest for foreigners that doesn't speak korean. the front desk is friendly. yet I still dont understand why I need to pay 20,000 extra per person. they said it's because the suite room is for 2 people only. I understand that. but there's no extra towels, bathrobe, etc that make use of the money except just be donating for the hotel. that thing I'm disappointed. but I just pay because don't want my trip to be worst. the area is still developing. not really much choice for food and not much to see too. for staycation is good.

I requested an ocean view room, but they said it was difficult, so when I went to the room, there were more than 10 ocean view rooms that had been renovated and had their doors wide open. If there were that many empty rooms, they would have been able to assign them... Also, instead of going up to the room by touching the elevator key, outsiders can go up without touching the key, and housekeeping should close the door after cleaning and leave. If they open the door and leave, it is vulnerable to the safety and security of the guests, and it creates an environment where hidden cameras and outsiders can eat and drink without permission. I am leaving this as an employee who worked at a 5-star hotel for 9 years.
