"The sea with a window view was pretty. It was nice that the two sides of the room were windows. It was amazing that not only the blinds but also the windows were automatically opened. However, I went with a friend and I was a little embarrassed because there was no door in the bathroom."

"（良かったところ）
・部屋は広い。
・一般住宅のように玄関スペースがあり、靴を脱いで部屋に入るスタイルで部屋はキレイ。
・玄関スペースには大型キャリーケースを2-3個を置けるスペースがある。
・ウォークインクローゼットも充分大きい。
・窓も大きく目の前が開けているので開放的。
・スマホの各種充電ケーブル備えてあるのはとてもありがたい。
・シャワールームも充分広く、便座の方まで水浸しになることもない。
・ウォシュレット付き。
（悪かったところ）
・クローゼットに前の人が使って干したと思しきタオルが掛けたままで、ガウンもちゃんと洗濯されているのか不安。
・フェイスタオルは人数分揃っていたが、大きなバスタオルは１枚しか置いてなかった。
・使う必要は無かったがエアコンのリモコンが見当たらなかった。

"Disappointing 2nd stay. Room had a nice TV (4K), but the ondol heating was not on when I entered the room. It only became lukewarm later. The electric blanket was broken. I had to sleep wearing a jacket. It was far too cold."

"I have stayed here three times. The third time was disappointing. They put me on the third floor next to the front desk. I much preferred the rooms upstairs with more privacy. I was the only one put on the 3rd floor. Why? It felt like a hostel.
Also, it was noisy. The people in the room above me were loud until 2am. It was difficult to sleep."

"The manager is very enthusiastic ❤️ A little earlier than the check-in time. The manager also let us check in early and the hotel has free parking. There are more restaurants nearby. The transportation is convenient and the hotel is more spacious than expected. The health is not bad. I will go next time."

The view of the wave park and the ocean was a feast for the eyes
There were simple cooking utensils, so it was good for cooking, the bathroom was clean, the bedding was clean, and I played YouTube diligently~ I would visit again. It was good for playing because it took less than ten minutes by taxi to Oido!

A little bit complicated to contact for extra amenities. Take time if you want extra towels, for example, communication by the website -there is no phone or front desk like a hotel. Besides this, it's a very nice place

입니다 꼭대기층에 수영장이 있었는데 따뜻한 물이라서 정말 좋았습니다. 호텔 체크인하는곳 바로 앞이라 체크인하고 옷갈아입고 체크인하는데가서 수영하러왔는데요 하면 가격 얘기해줍니다. 그냥 옷입고 모자쓰고 들어가도 되고여 수영복을 입으셔도 되는데 데스크에서 수영복은 따로 대여도 해주니 안챙기면 돈내고 쓰셔도 될것같더라고여

AAnonymous UserThe rooms and clean and big but when you try to find the hotel on google map it is showing Hotel JAJA instead of ZAZA. And they should mention the hourly extra payments of the staying in the day when you take consecutive nights.

GGuest UserThe room was very cold until 2am in the morning. At first it was 12 degrees, then 14 degrees. I complained to the front desk and they said they had turned the heating on. By midnight it was 18 degrees and then around 22 degrees when I woke up.
I don’t recommend this hotel in winter.

I went on a business trip and stayed for one night, but the soundproofing was good, so it was cozy and quiet, so I slept well. It was better because there were many restaurants around. Highly recommended.
