We had an amazing time at this hotel and didn’t want to leave! Beautiful facilities; great location at the best part of the island; close to restaurants & bars; clean & nice room + terrace; house-keeping is very attentive. Only dislike: many ingredients of several dishes in the restaurant menu (although some local) were not available during our entire stay. Overall great and would come again!

A very beautiful bungalow complex, lovely, artistic decor and very friendly staff. The only small drawbacks: too few old loungers on the beach and our toilet seat and lid looked terrible, but were clean on second glance. A few euros would go a long way in improving the first impression. And unfortunately there is currently a construction site right next to the hotel, which causes noise and smells. Lots of guests from China, who throw food under the tables, among other things, and thereby attract cats and dogs from the beach.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm and heartfelt service that made us feel truly special.
The hotel grounds are stunning, beautifully maintained, and offer a wonderful tropical atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax. The beach was simply breathtaking—crystal-clear water and soft, white sand made it feel like paradise.

La Passion is very pleasant and we highly recommend it. The staff are very concerned about the well-being of their customers. The bay is very beautiful. La Passion is the best hotel here, there are a few others but they can't compete with the Passion. The pool is pleasant and important because the water is very littered. We didn't go in the water because of the litter.

It’s so bad. I feel like the merchants don’t read Ctrip’s messages at all. On this island, luggage basically has to be dragged on the beach. I kept leaving messages on Ctrip, telling Ctrip the time when our boat would arrive at the pier, but no one looked at it at all! As a result, the four of us were stranded at the pier with our luggage and no one was there to pick us up. No one answered our calls on Ctrip and Google! In the end, two of us had to walk along the beach for more than ten minutes to the front desk to find someone to pick up the luggage and 2 friends who were stranded at the pier! And they were unapologetic. The front desk said directly that because we didn't receive the notification, I directly showed my communication records on Ctrip. The funny thing is that I tried both email and ins to contact them! The most outrageous thing is that when we ate at the restaurant in the evening, there was a waiter (who looked a little weird) who spoke good English and ignored us many times when we talked to him.
