I asked to wash the windows, they were wiped with a floor cloth to the level of a person’s height, raise your hand up, take a mop, the cleaner was not able to use a window cleaner. But windows are small things. Everything in the room is dirty. During the week we have been managing cleaning weekly, the cleaning staff themselves simply will not come unless you call them. And if you do not show where to wash, they will not wash. What cleaning does: they open the room, you can see from the cameras that they have entered, and then they sit and surf on YouTube. Then for 5 minutes they wipe the floor with a dirty rag and leave. Worse cleaning I have ever seen. You can forget about breakfast, I was there once and didn’t go anymore, I used delivery. Therefore, feel free to add $ 15 for breakfast to the cost of the room. No tea, no coffee, just spicy noodles, boiled eggs and water. Dirty tables.
