great view near sea, a but far from the center, rooms are big but they have this weird smell, also the place is just new some of the areas are not that fully fixed but all is ok

- Location: Right infront of the beach. Can access the beach easily.
- Navigation: We had a hard time getting to the hotel. There’s no direction given in the booking showing that the customers with car should get into the hotel through the back entrance.
- Cleanliness: It can be seen that the hotel is quite new, but it’s not well maintenance. Some of the facilities are broken and not fixed.
- Breakfast: There was no meat and the food was almost like vegetarian food, or even worse.
- Value for money: No, the hotel conditions is acceptable if it were around $30 for each room, but it was around $50-60 after discount for each room, which is really unreasonable.

It was a disappointment. The staff barely speak English. The room was horribly dirty. There were some questionable characters who made use of the hotel. We would not stay there again.

New hotel, rooms are clean and good amenities. Breakfast was just normal, breakfast finished at 9:30 am and we arrive to the dining hall around 8:40 am, most of the food are finished. Staff are helpful when there is request but need to service attentiveness.
