The place is very dirty and smelly, from the entrance lobby, and the floors we passed smelled very much of rotten garbage. The elevator also smelled very much of rotten garbage. And from the entrance lobby to the 6th floor it was pitch black. I had to turn on the flash on my cellphone to see the way. For the room I booked, a large apartment type with 2 double beds and a living room. The room was pretty good. But at night until noon the water was off until we were confused about defecating and urinating. I even moved hotels to another place and added money to move hotels.

What a lovely boutique hotel! Staff are so welcoming and warm. The interior decoration is sober and modern.
The rooms are good. The location is just near central market and very lovely area to explore with lots of local eateries and cafes.
It’s a really good hotel in terms of location when visiting Sihanoukville.
