一般的に想像するホテルの食事のレベルを遥かに超えたクオリティの食事が食べられることにかなり驚いた。 恐らくプノンペン、シェムリアップを含めても、カンボジアで一番美味しいかもとさえ思った。 スタッフの教育も行き届いており、同じカンボジアで事業をする者としては、スタッフの教育の大変さは理解しているつもりで、だからこそスタッフの教育にかなりの時間と労力を費やしたのだろうと容易に想像できるほどだった。 場所は中心地からやや外れたところにあるが、逆にそれが良い。昔のシアヌークビルのゆっくりとした時間の流れを感じられる数少ないホテルの一つ。
