The check in staff were very inexperienced and did not know how to confirm that I had booked and paid via Trip.com. The room had not been cleaned. The TV did and fridge did not work. There was no WiFi. The fridge had green mould inside it. When I complained about these things I was not offered any solution. The AC was very noisy and woke me up several times during the night. The was only one cup and tea/coffee etc. I realise that it is a budget hotel but if you advertise facilities then those facilities should be available and working.
