Be mindful what you pay for... False advertising...
First impression - very dingy and rundown. Upon entering the room I was hit by a strong musty smell. I'd supposedly booked a standard double room on the 3rd floor with balcony, TV, refrigerator and bath. The room I was given was on the 1st/2nd floor and did not have either. I tried to change rooms but the staff member didn't know about Trip's ad claiming to have all these amenities, and he called his boss. Apparently all the rooms are like this and I was told to make a complaint with Trip.com, effectively washing their hands of the false advertising.
