Almost awesome. We stayed 5 days and had a few small issues but nothing unresolved. The small things were missing. Like umbrellas and useful concierge service. Half the place was closed and it had seen better days but the pool was fun and it wasn’t too far from interesting things. As a family it was ok.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are very new and convenient Hygiene: The hygiene is very good, and the sheets and quilts are very clean Environment: The environment is great, it is convenient to go anywhere, and it is the first choice for travel Service: The front desk service is very thoughtful with a smile.

This is a very nice hotel with great views of the ocean. The beach is beautiful. There is a ****** on the property, and I guess that’s why there’s so much security. They checked my husband with the wand every time he entered and left. No pictures in the lobby and other rules. We stayed during Chinese New Year and there were a lot of kids. We could hear running and yelling beginning at 7am upstairs. It was a bit better after contacting the front desk, but definitely a nuisance. Breakfast was good, but come early because it gets crowded.

I spent 6 days at this resort and I highly recommend visiting the place. All the staff were friendly and had a great smile. All services were at the best level. The rooms are very clean and the food in the restaurant is very wonderful and delicious. The location is great, surrounded by mountains and amazing views. Quiet and clean beach. Close to perfect. Couldn’t sleep well the first day because of being slightly claustrophobic But all in all, superb

Their attentiveness and willingness to assist made a significant difference in my overall experience, adding a personal touch that is often hard to find in larger establishments.

We went to the anniversary and they prepared the cake and set up the room. The service is really good. Go back later

Location k View is great ! But very noisy at night …noise from clubs facing beach. Windows are not sound proof . Impossible to sleep till 3-4am !!! Pay more money for the room with great views but suffer from noise & sleepless nights !

The staff here were super friendly, especially people at the restaurant. The food is good too, tho quite a limited option if you are here to indulge in seafood. The beach itself is very nice, not crowded at all.
