Stayed her in June as well. This time the hotel was better on two areas. My room was better this time. Much fresher and seems newer than the room i got last time. Still no coffee in room. Really dont understand why a hotel in 2024 cant offer waterboilers in each room. Minimal cost and very important for many guests. Puzzles me… Huge change regarding food. Buffets for all meals this time. Bravo ! The 3 course dinner in June took 4ever to get on table and was nothing special. Same both nights in June. Now this time breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets excellent both days. Nice staff and good wine. Cozy areas in the hotel, cozy bar and old/tired in general. As last time my summary will be very nice for nature lovers and still not to sure about the hotel part itself in total. But the buffets are excellent.

This is in my eyes a very strange place. Have been to many conferance hotels in my life, but nothing like this. The positive: Very nice location in the forest. Lot of tracks, grass areas and so on Breakfast buffet and lunch buffet really nice Many cozy areas in the hotel with sofas, chairs, places to hang out Cozy bar and cozy reception area Cozy restaurant The negative: All buildings are really old and tired including my room. No water boiler/coffee in room is always negative Tried a 3 course set dinner 2 nights. Took 4ever to get the food. Small portions and nothing to write home about. To summarize i think this is an excellent place for nature lovers. Not so sure around the hotel part. If you value nature over the hotel part, go for it.

Since we visited during a time of few people, we had an excellent opportunity to have the whole hotel for ourselves(almost).The place itself is with history, so that's something to look into. It was quite a fascinating stay for us. Nature around the area is really worth the hiking.

The location is pitoresk in the middle of the forest by a lake; beautiful. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is friendly and the bar is modern. Gym exist and so does a okey Sauna. Conference facilities were functional. The major drawback for me was the food, all hot food was simply, always, consistently, overcooked. It was amazing how bad it was. And let’s not talk about the flavours because there are none to talk about, because, you guessed it, it had been boiled to oblivion or simply not added.

Het ontbijt was super goed, compleet en afwisselend. Kamers waren redelijk groot maar gedateerd en gehorig. Veel ruimte voor activiteiten om het hotel heen, gratis kayak op het meer voor gasten. Tijdens ons verblijf was deze accommodatie in trek bij jeugdige sportteams die ons veel geluidsoverlast bezorgden. Goed bereikbaar complex. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
