With great anger and disappointment, I hereby issue the most solemn warning to the world: Never stay in this Fiji hotel! My experience last week completely overturned all my beautiful imaginations about travel services. Please read carefully below the series of absurd, fraudulent, insulting and racist incidents I experienced! [Late check-out farce] Because I had a flight that night, I went to the front desk a day in advance to ask if I could check out late. The hotel clearly stated that it would not provide free delays and required a charge of about 31 Fijian dollars per hour, but they could not guarantee that it would be approved at the time, so I came back the next morning to confirm. Although the price was acceptable to me, at 7:30 am the next morning, when I called the front desk from the room, I was told that the hut I was currently staying in (Room 408) had been booked by the next guest and could not be delayed. I could only reluctantly be arranged to the hotel's most ordinary apartment, and the fee remained the same. When I tried to negotiate for the next guest to move to another hut of the same level, the front desk insisted that my hut No. 408 had been booked. When I asked, "How could the next guest book room 408 directly?", the front desk just kept hesitating and perfunctory, and even hung up the phone directly! After I reported the problem to Ctrip customer service, the hotel front desk suddenly called back and said that I could stay in the original room. This inconsistent and irresponsible approach is simply infuriating! [Diving Project Scam and Contract Fraud] There is an outsourced deep-sea diving company in the hotel activity area. I went there to register on the afternoon of January 31 and signed several agreements on the spot. However, the staff never mentioned that if the registration was cancelled on the same day, a 50% penalty would be deducted. The next day (February 1), I went to the front desk of the diving company to cancel the registration due to physical discomfort. Out of apology, without being told that "50% will be deducted for cancellation on the same day" (i.e. 265 Fijian dollars), I privately paid 50 Fijian dollars to the diving instructor and the front desk respectively to show my friendship. However, when the front desk collected the 50 Fijian dollars, they knew that I was going to cancel, but they did not tell me the promise of a full refund (530 Fijian dollars); two hours later, they suddenly told us that we had to pay a 50% penalty, and privately changed the full refund form that we had signed and confirmed to only refund 265 Fijian dollars. You can clearly see the traces of later modifications on the bill in the picture. This behavior of arbitrarily changing the contract and deceiving consumers not only violates basic business integrity, but is also naked fraud! [Open racial discrimination and management bullying] The most outrageous thing is that after canceling the registration on February 1, other hotel employees and the front desk of the diving company actually joined forces to verbally and physically attack me and my partner. What's even more incredible is that they openly called us Chinese "savages", which was full of racial discrimination and insults! When checking out on February 2, my partner and I explained everything in detail to the hotel front desk manager. As a result, a manager named Adi Tui Masi not only cursed and was extremely rude and unprofessional, but also tried to confiscate the receipt we had signed to confirm a full refund (530 Fijian dollars), and later privately changed it to only refund 265 Fijian dollars in an attempt to destroy the evidence. His bad behavior led other employees to insult and discriminate against us, which made us feel humiliated and angry! This series of outrageous events fully exposed the serious defects of the hotel and its cooperative suppliers in service, contract management and moral standards. As a traveler who had been looking forward to going to Fiji, I felt deeply deceived and insulted, and my heart was in pain! Here, I solemnly call on all friends around the world who plan to travel to Fiji: Please think twice before you act, and never stay in this hotel or use its cooperative diving services! Let us unite and use our voices to expose this injustice, safeguard our legitimate rights and interests, and prevent more innocent travelers from falling into their trap! Integrity and respect are the cornerstones of any service industry, and the actions of this hotel and its outsourced diving company completely deviate from this principle. I hope that my personal experience can awaken more consumers to the vigilance and jointly resist this disgusting and bad behavior. The staff remembered my name and greeted me, there were many free activities, and the view and room were the best. To put it simply, the food is too expensive... But I think Fiji itself is like that, so I want to give it a ⭐︎5.

The hotel is very old. It should be a five-star hotel with a very long history in the local area. It is also in a state of renovation. The overall experience is not very good. If you take your child there, if the child's English is not good, the places to play and eat are very limited.
