I had used mobile check-in on the Marriott Bonvoy Apps, but when I got out of the car, I was immediately greeted by a drum, GM, FOM and 3 staff who helped me unload my things. Upon arrival at the Lobby, we were given a cold towel and a plate of welcome mamaq. Mamaq is a tradition of the Sasak tribe in Lombok by chewing betel nut, lime, betel leaves, tobacco and at The Sira itself it has been modified with gold leaf and served with a glass of tea. As a Titanium Elite, my room was upgraded to a deluxe suite, free breakfast, 1,000 point welcome gift, early check-in and late check-out until 16:00. Our room was very spacious with a luxury Indonesian interior. Although hats and bags are provided in the room, unfortunately they are not allowed to be taken home. The room has 2 daybed sofas, 2 relaxing chairs to see the ocean view with a round table, a cupboard used for a minibar, and also a TV. The TV is clear and the wifi is also smooth. The room is equipped with a balcony with an ocean view with 2 sofas and 2 chairs too. The welcome amenities, a table full of grapes and longans, a bin of ice cubes, 2 bottles of watermelon and pineapple juice, 3 jars of cookies and walnuts, a plate of cake, chocolate cakes and balls, and several more sticks of chocolate balls. For the tea sachets, they use the Havilia brand, while for the coffee, they use Coffeso capsule coffee. The room is equipped with a walk-in closet, bathtub, shower and 2 washbasins. Lots of towels are provided. Hot and cold water flows smoothly. The lighting in the bathroom is bright. For facilities, there is a swimming pool with 2 different levels, there is a children's pool that is integrated with the adult pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna ,gym, spa and direct access to the beach For breakfast, it is buffet for side dishes and a-la carte for main dishes. It can be said that the quality of the breakfast is very good. For the buffet menu there are: 1. Pastry, Donut, muffin, bread, jam, honey, infused water, fruit, juice, yogurt, cereal 2. Dry fruit, multi grain, compote, cut fruit, sticky rice, For the ala carte menu I tried: 1. Bebalungan (oxtail soup). This is the first time I can eat oxtail soup for breakfast, it tastes delicious and soft 2. The Sira Omelette. This is an omelette with fried soft shell crab and caviar. The soft shell crab taste is strong and very signature 3. Meatballs. Very beefy. 4. Chicken curry. Strong and delicious at the beginning. 5. Chicken Satay, big meat, tender, thick seasoning 6. Go coco Lombo, like granola and bircher muesli. Not so great. When you're at the beach or pool, you're always given a cold towel and infused water. If you bring small children to the pool area, you'll be given vanilla ice cream. The service is awesome even they handle my next hotel reservation making sure that our room ready when we departed from The Sira. If I can give them 6 star or more, I will happily give it. Thanks to Harish Nair Mugi Marleen Jason Tasya who give us beautiful bab
