Sığacıkta kale içinde küçük bir pansiyon. İşletme sahipleri çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiler. Odamız temiz ve düzenliydi. Bizi yönlendirdikleri Çakoz balıkçısında yediğimiz balıklar çok lezzetliydi. Gece yatmadan önce doğal bitki çayı eşliğinde şeftalili ve çilekli magnolya yedik, bol kalori aldık ama buna deydi. Hepsi de çok güzeldi, pişman mıyız asla. 😉 Keşke vaktimiz olsa daha fazla kalsaymışız, başka sefer yolumuz düşerse mutlaka uğramaya karar verdik. Kahvaltıyı büyük bir merakla bekliyoruz.

Bu seneki yaz tatili planlarım arasında Sığacık yer almış ve kış döneminde otel ararken bulmuştum. İlk konuşmamızı Yusuf Beyle yapmıştık, konuşma sonrası başka bir yer aramadan rezervasyon yaptırmıştım. Sığacık Kaleiçinin hemen girişinde küçük samimi bir otel. Bize evimizdeymiş gibi hissettiren Birgül hanım ve Yusuf beye konuk severliklerine teşekkürler.sabah kahvaltısında Yusuf beyin sohbetini, reçellerini , tarifini alsamda Armola peynirini, tarifini almayı unutsamda kahvenin yanında gelen likör ve yeni yapılmış tatlıları özlicem. Çok zarif hos sohbetli orta yaşlı bir çift işletiyor. Çok ilgililer. Odamız çok temizdi. 2 oda 1 banyodan oluşan aile odasiydi. Kahvaltı da yediğimiz mükemmel reçeller ve bazı peynirler hanımefendinin ellerinden üretilmiş. Sunumu ve tatları müthiş bir kahvaltı yaptık sevdiklerimizle. Türk kahveniz kendi üretimleri olan mandalina likörü eşliğinde sunuluyor. Sığacık yaşadığımız yere yaklaşık 2 saat uzaklıkta. Her yıl 2/3 kere gidiyoruz. En sevdiğimiz pansiyon oldu kale içinde. Tekrar görüşmek üzere dileğiyle.

İşletme sahipleri çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü kişiler. İşlerini oldukça severek yapıyorlar. Pansiyon oldulça temiz ve yatakları çok konforlu. Benim diyen kahvaltı mekanlarına bile taş çıkaran bir kahvaltı servisine sahipler. Reçelleri el yapımı. Sığacığı ve kendilerini çok iyi temsil ediyorlar. Konumu da oldukça güzel. Akşam dışarı çıkıp bir şeyler yiyip içmek isterseniz araba kullanmaya ihityacınız yok.

Mandalin Pansiyon, kale içinde yer alan merkezi bir konumda. Sigaciğ'in gezmesi birbirinden güzel sokakları ayağınızın altında yani. 1 gece konaklama deneyimimiz çok keyifliydi. İşletme sahipleri ile Yusuf Bey, Birgül Hanım ile başlayan sohbetler Yusuf abi, Birgül ablaya evriliyor. Son derece sıcak ve içtenler. Kısa bir süre sonra birbirinizi çok uzun süredir tanıyormuş gibi hissediyorsunuz. İceriye girdiğiniz de yanan soba, demlenen çay ve Yusuf abi ile Birgül ablanın muhabbeti bile bir daha gitmeye değer. Bunun yanında Mandalin Pansiyon sıcaklık ve samimiyet ile kaliteli hizmeti ve huzuru birlikte barındıran bir mekan. Kesinlikle hiç bir eksiğinizin olmaması için canla başla çalışıyorlar. Kendilerine hoş sohbetleri ve güzel ağırlamaları için teşekkür ederiz. Not: Birgül ablanın kendisinin yaptığı muazzam reçelleri yemeden dönmeyin. Not 2: Güzel kızımız Bade'yi sevin ! :)
