Üç aile olarak konakladığımız otelde geçirdiğimiz zaman gerçekten çok keyifliydi. Otelin konumu ve manzarası mükemmeldi, her anı doyasıya sevdik.Ayrıca, otelin temizliği ve düzenide gerçekten takdire şayan. Personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim huzur dolu bir otel kış mevsiminde tercih ettik ama yazında muhakkak planlamasını yapıp gideceğiz.Odalarımız tertemizdi hizmet kış olmasına rağmen çok kaliteliydi bütün çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliyle muhakkak deneyimlemelisiniz

Çok kötü bı yerdi ,kadınların 3. Katta karışık alt katta zamanımız asansörde geçti in çık ,karışık bı otel yer bulmak zor çalışanlar suratsız ilgisiz çocuk havuzu olmalı geniş bı alanda normal havuza çocuklardan giremiyosunuz zaten ,dolapların kilitleri bozuk ,doğru dürüst soyunma kabinleri yok hiç tavsiye etmiyorum

Sakın gitmeyin... 17 Ocak tarihinde 2 yetişkin 3 cocuk giriş için benden fazla ücret kestiler. Kredi kartımı incelediğimde bu şekilde olduğunu gördüm. Arayıp neden fazla kesildiğini sorduğumda sigorta ücreti kesildiğini fakat bu kesintinin bana haber verilmeden neden yaptınız dediğimde tamam o zaman geri yatıralım dediler. Bende tamam dedim. 1 hafta sonra ararım neden ücret iadem olmadı diye sordum 21 iş günü içinde olacak dendi. 30 gün oldu. İade falan yok. Muhatap alınacak kimse yok. Ekstra benden aldığınız parayı da size haram ediyorum. Hayrini görmeyin. Sürekli geçiştirme halindeler. Otel termal diye geçiyor ama 1 tane soğuk kapalı havuzu 1 tanede tuzlu su havuzu var. Başka da bir şey yok. Sakın gitmeyin. Pişman olursunuz.

Rezalet bir tatil deneyimi
Otele girişten itibaren giriş işlemleri çok yavaş,oda,plaj,yemekhane ve ortak alanlardaki temizlik ve hijyen sorunu rezalet seviyesinde,odada şişe içecek var açacak yasak,şişeyi dişimizle açmamız gerekiyordu galiba,poşet çay vb getirildi ama bir kaç defa istememize rağmen su ısıtıcısı ve fincan ısrarla getirilmedi,personelin memnuniyetsizliği işlerine yansıyor,plajlardaki şejlonglar oturulamayacak kadar pis idi bir daha asla ama asla gelmem

Otel odasına girdigimizde klima bozuktu kış günü soğuk ufluyordu , resepsiyonu aramak için telefonu açtığımda oda bozuktu, kendi cep telefonumdan oteli arayıp resepsiyona ulaştım tam 1.5 saat sonra teknik personel geldi, giriş yaptığımız gün otele geç giriş yaptığımızdan öğle yemeğini kaçırdık ama ertesi gün saat 11 de çıkmamizi istedikleri için yine öğle yemeği yiyemedik eşimi ve çocuklarımı restoranın kapısından geri çevirmek gibi küstahça bir davranis ile karşılaştık , otel konseptinden uzak mahalle arası pansiyon işletmesi gibi işletiliyor, bir daha gitmekmi ? Asla ne gider nede tavsiye ederim berbat bir deneyim oldu, ilk el değiştirdiği zaman gittiniz otel ile alakası yok

Otelin muhafazakar otel olmakla ilgili hiçbir alakası yok hem restorant kısmında hem diğer çay ve içecek servisi yapılan yerlerdeki personel eksikliğinden dolayı sıkıntı var personel otel misafirlerini çok küstahça ve kabaca davranıyorlar yönetimine şikayette bulunmamıza rağmen hiçbir işlem yapılmadı hayatımda tecrübe ettiğimi yaşadığım en berbat bir otel konaklamasıydı
