Farklı bir tatil deneyimi oldu havaların soğuk olmasından dolayı pek aktivite yapamadık termal havuzu güzeldi ortak havuzun küçük olması ve kalabalık çocuk grubundan havuzda pek vakit geçiremedik yemekleri normaldi.

Lovely stay throughout ! Nice big pool ,excellent quality food .Yeliz the house keeping manager does a great job keeping rooms tidy and clean .We are planning to come back at some point this year ,if not next year .Also seferihisar is a lovely town to visit ,highly recommended .

Aquapark, çocuk havuzu dedikleri alan kapalıydı. Sebebini sorduğumuzda sezonun açılmadığını söylediler. Biz buraya 3-4 gün öncesinden rezervasyon yapmıştık bilgilendirme yapılmadı. Kadınlar plajı ve normal plajda zahmet edip şenzongları bile kurmamışlar. Sezon açılmaması bir bahane olamaz bence. Otelin yarısında inşaat varken müşteri bilgilendirmeleri gerekiyor. Kadınlar bölümündeki havuz temizlenmemiş ayrıca ilgi alaka sıfır. Oda temizliği berbat, görevlilerin birbirleri ile tartışmalarını odadan duyuyorduk. Otelin tek iyi tarafı animasyon ekibi. Çocuklardaki ilgilenen mini disco club. Fiyat performans ürünü yazanlara da şok şaşırdım. Aynı fiyat aynı sezon Çeşme ve yakın yerlerde lüks otellerde kalabilirsiniz . Çok pişman olduk

Şu anda tesisin 1308 Nolu odasında ailemle birlikte 2 gündür konaklıyorum. Tesis tam fiyat performans oteli, sezonda fiyatları bilemem ama kesinlikle değerlendirilmesi gerekli bir yer. Temizlik, yemek kalitesi, ilgi ve alaka, oda temizliği ve büyüklüğü, havuzlar, sosyal alanlar, oldukça tatminkar. Şu ana kadar kaldığım tesisler; Club Ali Bey, Turan Prince, Amara Prestige, Crisytal Grubu, Topkapı Place. Altis, Rizom , Selge Beach,gibi benzeri oteller muhafazakar kapsamında bu kalite ve fiyat kesinlikle kaçırılmaz, önemle tavsiye ederim.

Mayıs 2025 için Otelin internet sitesinde yer alan telefon numarası üzerinden rezervaszonumu yaptırdım. Fakat otelin kendi internet sitesi üzerinden yaptığım incelemede aynı tarihler için verilen fiyatla telefonla rezervaszon arasında fiyat farkı olduğunu fark ettim. Yani telefonla rezervasyon yaptırırken bana daha yüksek bir fiyat verildiğini fark ettim. Bunun üzerine tekrar telefonla rezervasyon santralini arayıp ***et sakin ve nezaket çerçevesinde derdimi anlatmama ve neden internet sitesi ile telefonla rezervasyon arasında bu fiyat farkının olduğunu sormam üzerine telefona bakan ve kendisini rezervasyon sorumlusu olduğunu söyleyen "Ayşe" hanım tarafından bildiğiniz azarlandım. Kendisine defalarca sesini yükseltmemesini ve bana bağırmamasını rica etmeme rahmen agresif tavrında herhangi bir değişiklik olmadı. Nihayetınde benim talebim olmamasına rağmen rezervasyonumu iptal ettiğini söyleyerek telefonu yüzüme kapattı. Bir müşteri olarak hemde bu oteli defalarca ve senede birkaç defa ziyaret eden biri olarak kafama takılan bir soruyu sormama bile tahammül edilmemesi kabul edilebilir bir şey değil. Elbette tarafıma yapılan bu saygısızlığı Otel yönetimine bağlayamam fakat Otel yönetiminin de kimlerle çalıştıklarına bir bakmaları faydalı olacaktır. Müşterilerine saygı göstermeyen ve azarlayan bir otelde benim ve çevremin bundan sonra işi olmayacaktır.
