Palm Bay Club

Property sits right on Siesta. Key Beach has its own beach that they rake every morning keeping it in great shape.

We stayed at the Palm Bay Club, in The Tower, right on the Gulf! View from the 7th floor was beautiful! The apartment was well furnished; decor was nice/beachy. Perfect 1 bedroom for our 4 night stay! Pool is a little bit of a walk, near the office/street. Our preference was the beach, so worked out fine. We did try to use the hot tub at the Palm Bay across the street. It was hot, but no bubbles.

The condo we rented was great but we couldn't enjoy the balcony because they were doing construction in the next building on the property. The noise woke us up and we couldn't even be outside because it was so loud. There was no disclosure on the website or airbnb or else I wouldn't have booked it.

The condo was great, we would stay again. It would be nice if they had a safe and washer and dryer. With previous VRBO bookings we did not have to go through the condo office at all, here we did. We got there after closing, a key & info stating that we must go to the office between 8-noon the next day was left in the night lock box. I feel that a bonus of going through VRBO is not having to go through that process. Having a light on the sign by road would be very helpful at night. Also, we were harassed by employees about walking on the beach without our armbands. I showed him the bands in my bag, he said we needed to have them on. We were carrying our own chairs, not even trying to use theirs. The bands are rubber, tight, & leave a tan line. I understand if we were at the pool but the beach? Maybe they have too many employees with nothing better to do.

We had a great vacation staying in 148. Everything we needed was there. The beds were so comfortable and so was the new living room furniture. We loved the beach setup and the short walk with the cooler cart was easy. The Sunset Celebrations are a must every night. Restaurants were close and very good. Can’t wait to go back!

My wife and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years, but never one like this. First, you'll find the Kompose on travel sites in the $325-$400 range....not cheap. The rooms are cement shells. Not the perfect, smooth cement you sometimes see on a garage floor, but construction style cement with dark streaks, holes and patches. The bathroom is literally a glass enclosure within the room. Open the shower door or the toilet door, but you can't close one without opening the other. A small sink with very limited counter space is next to the bed. The shower/toilet glass enclosure is opaque, so only forms show through. Drying off and dressing must be done out of the shower, in the room. Here's what the room does NOT include: Tissue/Kleenex Microwave Coffee Clock Drinking water (at front desk for over $5 per bottle) Furniture with drawers (only shelves) Iron & board Desk Room cleaning is NOT included unless you pay extra. Buffet breakfast is $4.00 per person. OH YA! THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE
