One of the best hotel experiences I've ever enjoyed! The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. Rooms are amazing, especially those with alpine view. You will not be dissappointed.

An excellent stay at a wonderful location. A very few minor things stopped a full on 5 star rating, but I would say we were at 4.9, but its not possible to show that. The staff were uniformly excellent, with top level care and attention and very genuine service. Could not speak highly enough of teh staff from tiop to bottom. The hotel and location is superb, and I would leap at the chance to stay here again.

We had a magical stay at Crans Ambassador in July. Everything about this hotel is beautiful, from the room to the outside terrace restaurant, to the incredible spa —it was a special treat to stay in summer when the crowds are away. We were upgraded to a room with a mountain facing view, and needless to say, the views were magnificent. The food at the rooftop terrace restaurant was delicious. One of the highlights of our visit was the outstanding service provided by our waitress, Maria. She was truly one of the best staff members we've ever encountered — attentive without being intrusive, genuinely friendly, and incredibly professional. Her warm hospitality made us feel welcome and well cared for from the moment we sat down. She’s a credit to the team and really elevated our experience." Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend staying here.
