El hotel es inmejorable pero lo mejor es el personal. En mi caso la experiencia con Carol y Carlos es inmejorable. Las actividades que nos han propuesto son lo mejor he visto, es difícil encontrar profesionales como ellos. 100 % Recomendable.

Hotel com uma localização incrível, estacionamento no subsolo, bons restaurantes. O café da manhã era incrível. O quarto, contudo, era muito pequeno para acomodar uma família de 4 pessoas. As fotos representam adequadamente o hotel.

Un restaurante genial con platos para todos los públicos y un bufé variado y con productos de excelente calidad. Repetiremos una vez mñas a final de temporada o la que viene¡

Absolutely terrible. I use the Don Pepe 2x per year, so trusted the brand. Never again. Food, service, rooms were very poor. Very sub-standard. Was a special celebration, did not get what I requested yet charged. A new years trip to celebrate our engagement. Booked the level with Mountain View and king bed. Got singles! Went straight into the level lounge to get a coffee after a flight and long drive, no food or milk yet well within opening times. Went to desk to ask for milk, after 45 mins no milk so went to next hotel along street to use their bar. One set of towels only in room, asked for x2 but non arrived. Used level lounge twice, which I paid for. No open bar or food on both occasions, well within opening times but yet again no service. Twice at breakfast in the level area ordered from the menu and two days running never arrived. Kids constantly knocking on bedroom door and running away, nothing done. We are talking about a £4K short stay here. Absolutely terrible, shocking and poor service and at a cost.

Expensive for the room. Cost €511 per night for 3 in a family room and we were given 2 cups, 2 glasses, 2 robes and 1 small bottle of water!!! Room service good. They need a concierge. Queued for25 mins behind people checking in to as a simple question for what time is check out!!! Wasn’t told beforehand that you need swimming hat a flip flops to use spa so didn’t. Wasn’t given wifi at check in and later when i went to reception to queue for password again i ask her to write it down and she huffed! Breakfast was excellent however and so was room service but overall very expensive.

Apuesta segura si se decide visitar Sierra Nevada. Estuve allí con mi familia pasando unos días de descanso, y si la idea es desconectar y relajarse, es el sitio adecuado para ello. Descanso asegurado acompañado de una estupenda zona de restauración. El personal, todos ellos, se encargaron de atender rápidamente nuestras necesidades, con rapidez y eficacia. SIn duda, si tengo oportunidad de volver volveré
