The location is very good and the staff is friendly, however the room was not completely clean, the floor had stains, even a nail in the bathroom. Some humidity. The normal free buffet. Generally good.

The hotel has seen better days and it could do with a few extra amenities (extra pillows, tissues, shampoo) considering the price and getting rid off the sewer smell coming out of the toilet. However the location and the people running it make a big difference. Also the food was very good.

Very good location, near the ski lift and Plaza Maribel. The breakfast buffet was very extensive, varied and rich. The dinner was a little worse in terms of quality, but also good. The room with just what you need, with views of the mountains, bathroom with hairdryer, shampoo and gel. I missed some more blankets or duvets, but the heating worked perfectly and heated up quickly. Very friendly staff. The bar-cafeteria has a great atmosphere at night and the terrace at sunset too. Although we did not use most of the services, we did see that it had a great variety: spa, activities, massages, etc.

Esta vez disfrutamos de una habitacion con vistas a las pistas, con terrazas. Unas vistas desde la cama, al amanecer y anochecer espectaculares. La comida esta cada año mejor! El hotel te gestiona los forfaits, y hay tienda y taquillas en el hotel, con lo que no necesitas salir para nada. Un hotel perfecto en Sierra Nevada, a pie de pistas. Puedes salir a pistas directamente desde el hotel (si las pistas estan abiertas).

Amabilísimo y profesional personal. Un hotel con decoración tradicional de montaña (algo cada vez menos habitual) que resulta, en mi opinión, encantador en ese entorno. Muy bien situado al lado de la pista Maribel. Precio excelente para la calidad general, así como el desayuno y la cena. Voy con gusto tanto por trabajo como por ocio, cuando está abierto en verano.
