Pasamos una noche en la hospedería, en la que también habíamos reservado una cena "experiencia gourmet" y las sensaciones no pudieron ser más satisfactorias. El sitio es agradable con un entorno privilegiado, la habitación cómoda con una cama "king size" pero sobre todo el restaurante es extraordinario. La comida está muy elaborada, con una muy acertada mezcla de sabores y el servicio muy esmerado. Resulta muy recomendable a pesar de su relativo alto precio.

La hospedería El Batán reúne todo lo que puedas necesitar para pasar unos días de lujo, el entorno dónde se encuentra (un bosque encantador, de ribera del río Guadalaviar y en la misma puerta de entrada a la finca se le une el arroyo de Bronchales). Me resulta curioso que tenga solk dos estrellas dado que las habitaciones, al menos enl as que estuve son de categoria muy superior. Si a eso le agregas que su restaurante tiene galardon de Michelin y te ofrecen una cena gourmet de doce degustaciones con maridaje podras llegar a la conclusión de que no es una estadia, es toda una experiencia. Muy bien!

Entorno tranquilo y muy bonito, restaurante exquisito y hotel perfecto para un buen descanso en medio de la naturaleza. Muy recomendable para pasar un fin de semana lejos de rutinas y ruidos. Toda la comarca de Albarracín para desconectar.

Me remito a nuestra opinión sobre el restaurante, que es el punto fuerte del sitio, aunque el alojamiento también tiene mucho encanto. Está en constante evolución y mejora, lo que ocasiona pequeños inconvenientes que no empañan una estancia muy agradable. Insistimos, no pueden dejar de probar el restaurante: lo mejor de toda la provincia y parte de los alrededores. No os lo perdáis.

Aprovechamos la oferta "Experiencia Gourmet en Habitación Doble, consistente en Habitación doble con desayuno y cena en el restaurante con maridaje. El restaurante tiene una Estrella Michelin y un Sol Repsol muy bien ganados. Ha sido efectivamente una experiencia gourmet. La atención ha sido excelente. Volveremos.

Una experiencia estupenda, el alojamiento es muy bonito, con habitaciones amplias, la cena gourmet que se merece la estrella Michelin, el desayuno con zumo natural de naranja y jamón cortado a cuchillo… Cogimos una experiencia gourmet por un cumpleaños y de 10, con un punto a favor del restaurante que no nos esperábamos, ya que, al alojarte en la hospedería, te regalan el maridaje, con vinos estupendos.
