這家飯店非常糟糕的一點，訂的是含早餐，卻沒有給我早餐券，到了指定的地方吃早餐，餐廳人員說需要早餐券，但飯店人員卻沒有主動給我，這是非常惡劣的，不可以這樣對待客人！
