Esperienza ai limiti della follia… Arrivo alle 15:00 come da loro richiesta di check in, non trovo nessuno alla reception. Chiamo il numero di telefono, successivamente scrivo anche una mail senza ricevere risposte, oltre a me ci sono altri 3 clienti nella mia condizione. Dopo più di un’ora di attesa, nell’imbarazzo generale proviamo a muoverci nelle vicinanze, scoprendo che il titolare abita li vicino, siamo riusciti a reperirlo. Dopo pochi minuti scende dal suo appartamento alterato, esclamando addirittura frasi offensive. Allibiti dalla situazione, abbiamo provato a spiegare che il suo lavoro dovrebbe quello di poter ricevere delle persone, peggiorando così il suo stato nervoso con continui insulti. Credo che con un “scusate” avrebbe risolto la pessima figura fatta, ma oltre il danno la beffa, pure offesi da un signore di circa 60 anni, prenotazione annullata all’istante. EVITARE.

Posto carino ma servizio e camere orribili. Camere piene di muffa ma soprattutto sono assenti condizionatori e zanzariere e questo nel 2024 non si può tollerare. Piscina piccola e piena di terreno e non abbiamo mai visto un minimo di cura igienica in essa e non sono presenti nemmeno delle luci. Strade buie, senza luce e spazio non curato e disidratato. Ci hanno anche detto che il cambio asciugamani avviene settimanalmente. In ogni stanza hanno fornito solamente un paio di boccette da 19 ml per 4 giorni senza cambiarle. In più alla mattina il proprietario, mentre stavano facendo colazione, viene a tagliare l'erba facendo volare verso di noi dei pezzettini d'erba che vanno a finire sul tavolo nostro nonostante avevamo chiesto di tagliare da qualche altra parte.Personale antipatico e poco presente. Se avete un cervello non andateci

Siamo stati benissimo. Proprietario gentilissimo, location da favola con paesaggio tipico toscano. Aree verdi immense. Appartamentino pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Piscina semplicemente stupenda, con possibilità di relax a poca distanza dalla città e da luoghi di interesse storico -naturalistico

Posto incantevole....tranquillo..direi un oasi di pace. Semplice e molto accogliente...familiare..il classico casolare toscano. Il gestore una persona colta e disponibile. Ci ha dato indicazioni Utili per visitare i vari paesi con una cartina che fornisce lui. Ottimo tutto. Torneremo sicuramente.

Top lunch in wonderful ambient! Today we had a wonderful lunch there. We sit outside in the cosy garden. The new owner Alessandro was the perfect host and the meals were excellent! We had Picci Pasta and Bisteca Fiorentina. Nice wines and grappa. Highly recommended.

Dal sito sembrava molto meglio invece un po sporco, camera da 4 stra piccola, non ci si girava e stoviglie mancanti. Puzza di fogna derivante dal bagno tutte le volte si tirava lo sciacquone. Nota molto positiva solo alla piscina. Onestamente eravamo contenti di andare via,mai successo in Toscana dove andiamo tutti gli anni.
