Best Western Hotel San Marco

It was a shame that the location was not good, and I was so depressed that it would affect my future. The staff's customer service attitude was very good, and it was a relief that the entire hotel and rooms were very clean, and I think that the quality of the towels was quite high. It's unfortunate that this is rare in the hotel industry these days. They were flexible in responding to my sauna request, and I think their sincere attitude and smile are a sign of high hospitality. However, I do have the impression that the photos of the sauna and other facilities are exaggerated. In reality, it was a little smaller. I was also concerned that the water was lukewarm. It was a shame that there were no vegetables in the breakfast. The food at the Best Western I had in France, especially the breakfast, was wonderful, and I was almost satisfied with the view. The attitude of the staff was also the same, and it was very comfortable. This may be the color of Best Western. I would like to go to France again. The staff this time were so good that I felt that way. It was a shame that the location was not good, and it would have been really nice if there had been a bathtub in the room.

Ho scelto questo hotel per lasciare la macchina e andare in taxi in centro ed effettivamente non è malvagia la posizione ma per il resto non lo sceglierei mai e poi mai. La struttura è anonima e fredda stile ospedale sia dentro le camere che fuori. Preciso che non sono andato al risparmio ho scelto in base alla comodità e alle recensioni quello che mi sembrava migliore cosa che più o meno faccio sempre ma a questa cifra non sono stato mai così male una vera delusione. Assicuro che si può trovare certamente di meglio o con 50 euro in più stare proprio in un altro pianeta… In pratica mi ha rovinato un po’ la vacanza….Non è che avessi quali aspettative ma veramente scandaloso semplicemente rapportato ai posti che abitualmente scelgo.È vero che è un 3 stelle ma molte volte si sta bene anche in un tre stelle .Così pensavo visto che anche la cifra più o meno pagata ….Non vedevo servizi prenotabili ma un minimo me lo aspettavo… Chiedo se è possibile un caffè….Mi dicono sì scaldo la macchina e lo preparano…Avete presente le bustine di orzo solubili.? Vi assicuro che hanno più gusto…Mi dicono che questa è una signora macchina per fare il caffè “La Ferrari” testuali parole. Per me può essere anche una RR ma questo caffè è un insulto al caffè e all’intelligenza e al benessere degli ospiti.Mai e dico mai assaggiato una roba così inbevibile.. E dico ma la mattina quindi ci sarà questo caffè? Sì mi dicono…. Neanche 20 caffè vi sembreranno un espresso…. Non è questione di essere cultori del caffè. Semplicemente chi è abituato a prendere un espresso non può assolutamente tollerare una cosa del genere. Ci sono macchinette che fanno caffè accettabilissimi… Tante veramente Non chiedo una macchina espresso ma questa cosa qua chiamarla caffè è da brividi….. Scandaloso e inaccettabile. Scandalosa e inaccettabile anche la colazione.Semplicemente la più brutta che abbia mai fatto… Altro? Due disattenzioni del personale che non sto qui a raccontare ma non sono state queste il problema Si sbaglia tutti….Il problema è che io non tornerei mai e poi mai. Lo consiglio solo per business o per questioni di comodità se vi fanno dei prezzi stracciati senza aspettative se non migliorano…. A me non è piaciuto per nulla in base a ciò che abitualmente frequento e alle mie solite aspettative che erano semplicemente adeguate al contesto… Poche volte sono così severo ma se lo sono credetemi è perché sono stato veramente male… Credo che sia la seconda o terza volta che ho un esperienza così triste perché generalmente scelgo accuratamente e in anticipo. Quando mi capita questo mi domando che metro di giudizio abbiano gli altri ospiti o se io….. Grazie comunque
