The hotel has a good location, but there is no special service. The hotel environment is great, but the room is very average. I just feel that the price-performance ratio is not good enough. The facilities are old, there are few breakfast options, and fried eggs cost extra (€6). The hotel is only friendly to European and American guests. The pigeon we ordered tasted bad and when we brought it up, nothing was done.

This is the most satisfying hotel during our trip to Italy. We had an unforgettable trip to Tuscany here. The hotel is first-class in terms of scenery, service and food.
