Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hotel merveilleux. La situation est sublime ( à 15 minutes de Sienne) dans un tres joli parc en haut d'une colline où les vues sont sublimes. Un acceuil et un service exceptionnels de l'ensemble de l'équipe. Merci à Alice, Battista , les dames du petit dejeuner pour la qualité et l'attention portés à chaque convive. Nous avions une magnifique suite ( tres spacieuse) decorée avec gout , une climatisation tres bonne. Nous esperons revenir tant l'experience fut merveilleuse merci à Tutti

Quelle déception ! Ma compagne et moi nous faisions une joie de séjourner dans cet établissement au vu du calme vendu par l'annonce et du cadre paradisiaque vanté par les avis positifs. Au final, nous avons été soulagés de quitter les lieux à la fin du séjour tant l'expérience n'a pas été à la hauteur des promesses de l'annonce et surtout des prix appliqués. L'ambiance de la chambre est difficilement appréciable compte tenu notamment de son manque d'insonorisation qui prive de toute intimité (on entend tout, l'extérieur, le couloir et même les discussions -pourtant à voix basse- dans la chambre voisine). Les extérieurs sont jolis et bien entretenus mais la piscine présente des finitions discutables et des dimensions restreintes pour un espace commun aux 14 chambres. Bref, on misait beaucoup sur ce lieu qui devait être le "highlight" de notre séjour pour au final regretter ce choix tant l'expérience n'était pas à la hauteur du tarif appliqué.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ca’ Bianca. Despite our flight being delayed by six hours, we were warmly welcomed by Kalden, who graciously checked us in, gave us a tour of the property, and showed us to our room. She let us know that we had missed our dinner reservation but assured us it wasn’t a problem — the chef would prepare a special meat and cheese platter for us to enjoy in the meantime. When we arrived at the stunning outdoor patio, Kalden had everything ready. We savored the delicious spread while watching the sun set over Siena — a breathtaking view that perfectly set the tone for the rest of our stay. Kalden continued to take exceptional care of us throughout dinner, offering expert wine recommendations from local vineyards and providing service with remarkable attention to detail. The food was phenomenal — the best we had during our entire trip through Tuscany. Venessa was also incredibly helpful, providing us with maps and directions for exploring Siena. After a full day of sightseeing, we looked forward to unwinding by the pool. Kalden’s gin and tonics — crafted with her own special recipe — were the perfect way to end the day. Don’t miss the chance to have her make one for you! As with many boutique hotels in Tuscany, it’s the staff who elevate the experience — and at Ca’ Bianca, they truly make it extraordinary. Kalden and Venessa transformed our stay from memorable to unforgettable. We can’t recommend this place highly enough.

My stay at Ca’ Bianca Tuscany Relais was truly wonderful! The place is beautiful and welcoming, but what made the experience even more special was Alexandra, one of the staff members. She is cheerful, friendly, and incredibly patient. I had the pleasure of chatting with her and found out that she had lived in London. I was quite talkative, but she kindly and attentively listened to me, making me feel truly at ease. There should be more people like her working in hotels: professional yet warm, helpful, and always with a smile. I highly recommend this place and hope to return soon!

Probablement la plus belle maison d’hôte de notre séjour en Toscane mais qui se rapproche plus de l’hôtel. Très belle et grande chambre avec une salle de bain incroyable, jardin magnifique, piscine très agréable et cuisine raffinée. Endroit idéal pour visiter Sienne et sa région tout en se ressourçant. Nous recommandons cet endroit.
